Sherlock Houses believes in the power of community. This means we put our money where our mouth is. When you sell us a house, a portion of the proceeds from every qualified deal we purchase are donated to charity.
Here’s the fun part, YOU get to chose from our pre-screened list where this cash is going! After the donation is made SHERLOCK HOUSES not only sends you a much deserved Thank You letter, but also a copy of the cleared check made out to your selected group and send you any response we receive from the charity.
